You wouldn't think Brady would have anything other than a Thomas the Tank Engine Cake would you?
He was happy when we sang Happy Birthday to him.. but didn't want his "pitty" cake cut.
Next up...presents. This ball was pretty interesting to him.

After presents, all the little ones retreated to the playroom to watch some Veggie Tales. Brady was the perfect host and let his guests have the soft, plush chairs.
No nap meant a very tired Brady by dinnertime. Here grandpa reads him a Thomas story after all the guests left.
He fell asleep and woke up after about an hour and a half. In the end he went to bed about an hour later than usual (which perfectly made up for Daylight Savings Time ending).
